Order acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Morman Market reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorised transactions.

Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable Texas sales tax will be added during checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved online payment methods.

Order confirmation

After placing an order you will receive an email with order details and estimated delivery timelines. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Shipping & delivery

Morman Market currently ships within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volumes.

Out-of-stock items

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you may receive:

• A substitute item of similar value
• Partial shipment of available items
• Store credit
• A refund for the unavailable product

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if processing has not yet started. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Grocery & Perishables

Perishable product policy

Perishable groceries, frozen foods, dairy, fresh produce, and prepared meals are non-returnable unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• The product is expired upon delivery
• The wrong item was delivered

General return eligibility

Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Perishable food products
• Opened beverages
• Personal care products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Products marked "non-returnable"

Act within 24 hours

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide your order number, photos of the issue, and packaging details.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Morman Market error.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is your responsibility unless:

• The wrong product was shipped
• The product arrived damaged
• The item is defective

Refused deliveries

Orders refused at delivery without prior approval may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.

Fraud prevention

Morman Market reserves the right to deny returns or refunds in cases involving suspected abuse, excessive returns, fraud, or policy violations.
