1. Order Acceptance All orders placed through Morman Market are subject to acceptance and product availability. Morman Market reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transac ons.
2. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable Texas sales tax will be added to eligible purchases during checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved online payment methods. Orders will only be processed a er successful payment authoriza on.
3. Order Confirmation Once an order is placed, customers will receive an email confirma on containing order details and esmated delivery melines. This confirma on does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
4. Shipping & Delivery Morman Market currently ships within the United States. Delivery mes are esmates and may vary due to weather condi ons, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volumes. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping informa on. Morman Market is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
5. Out-of-Stock Items If an item becomes unavailable a er an order is placed, customers may receive: * A subs tute item of similar value, * Par al shipment, * Store credit, or * A refund for unavailable products.
6. Order Cancellation Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement if processing has not yet started. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancella on requests may not be accepted.
7. Grocery & Perishable Products Perishable grocery products, frozen foods, dairy products, fresh produce, and prepared meals are non-returnable unless: * The item arrives damaged, * The product is expired upon delivery, or * The wrong item was delivered. Customers should report such issues within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

1. General Return Eligibility Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if: * The item is unused, * In original packaging, * Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirma on. Texas law generally allows businesses to establish their own return policies, provided they are clearly disclosed to customers.
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: * Perishable food products, * Opened beverages, * Personal care products, * Gi cards, * Clearance or final-sale items, * Products marked “non-returnable.”

4. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days a er inspec on and approval of returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error caused by Morman Market.
